No solution for fingerprints

I am very disappointed in the lack of assistance from Sleepmasters. I went to the store to do a credit application whereafter I needed to do my fingerprints. I however do not have any fingerprints and due to this they were not able to assist me. The staff member did not have any solution and I had to leave without any assistance in the matter. I am very frustrated and shocked that I just couldnt be assisted due to fingerprints. The store now lost a customer due to inability to adapt and offer assistance.
