No service delivery

I'm so disappointed,bought goods from them on the 7th of june today I'm still waiting for my delivery.I went to the branch but no useful feedback,called the 021 number they also don't know what's happening.Are you so target driven that you end up not caring about the customers.First time impressions really last I regret why I bought from you.
