No service delivery

I bought a bed in Wednesday at sleep masters and requested for delivery on Saturday.

I was then contacted on Friday and told that due to stock take my bed would not be delieved.

I contacted the complaints department and the warehouse where I got absolutely no help and was told that deliveries would only start on Monday I informed them I am not available during the week only on weekends and they stated that therefore they can not help me and I have to wait. But no one at the store told me that I wouldn't be able to get it this weekend I then requested a refund and was told it's going to take 7_14 days and that instead of waiting that long I can rather just wait to the coming weekend. So meaning for the next week i would be needless and sleep on the floor all in the name of boksburg east rand branch pushing sales

Poor service.
