No service !!!

I purchased a mattress at the Bela Bela store. One month later still no delivery and must now battle for a refund. You cannot get a senior manager on the phone to assist. Customer service simply says go to the store for a refund. The store says come back with a bank statement and ID and it will take a further 7 days.
