No Service

I bought a bed from you last year November. The bed I bought the springs are making Noise. I called Sleepmaster Gezina. I was promised somebody at the Warehouse would contact by the Following week. That was 4weeks ago. Im still waiting for the call of the bed Inspection. Then yesterday I called in again, I was promised to be called in the same day. Nothing still. I just called them now again. I hope i will get the call yet i suspect i wont. Is this how sleepmaster treats it clients?
