No service

We bought a bed in Feb, they are quick with a sale but after service is non existant. I have been trying for a week to get my settlement amount from them. Everytime its a different story. They say they will phone me back but never do i always have to phone them and then 1 the systems are down or 2 we will call you back in 15min. They dont reapondd to emails if you contact head office all they say is we need it on on email. I will never recommend them to anyone.
