No refund as promised

I ordered a bed online from Sleepmasters. I was promised that the delivery fee will be refunded when I called before I purchased, as their website check out was apparently faulty and it didn't deduct. Now you are refusing to refund me because I added a mattress protecter (needed for the warranty). This makes no sense and is unacceptable. I will be laying a complaint at the consumer ombud.
