No quality no sleep

I had bought a new bed last year in three rivers and they delivered it in Sasolburg on which it's where I was relocating to. My problem now is the the springs of the mattress are out which makes it uncomfortable for me to sleep. I then decided to visit Sasolburg Branch but I was advised that I need to go back to the store I bought the bed from because they have all the details and I am not the only one complaining about the bed. I'm not happy with the current service I'm receiving and I need my query being sorted.
