No lay bye refund

I made a lay bye at Mthatha Mall and few months later I received a call that the bed I initially layby is discontinued. They asked if they should cancel or transfer the money to another bed that is similar. The similar bed was pricey as compared to the initial lay bye. I went into the store to cancel my lay bye and I was told it will take 10 days for the money to be refunded. It is beyond the stipulated 10 days and I have not received my refund.
