no good sleep experience

on 27\07\2018 we made a lay buy at sleepmaster heidelberg. they were very quick to take the money. on 17\09\2018 we wanted to cancel the lay buy as we are moving away and wont be able to finish the buy. i went in to the heidelberg mall branch and spoke to ntombi twala. she was very rude and told us we should bring in a id book snd three months bank statements as it would take 14 days for the money to be paid into our account. this was never explained to us the day we made the lay buy. she couldnt look me in the eyes when she spoke to me. when i pointed it out she said she didnt know that it was customer relation to look someone in the eye when she speaks to them. she also had a terrible attitude when i asked her for her name. i really wouldnt reccommed any one to buy from them. quick to take money. and 3 months bank statement? for what?
