No delivery To date

I placed an order on the 13th of February 2021,Today it's the 9th of March 2021 still no delivery.It's pass 14 working days.They only respond after you have sent numerous emails.I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything online with this company.A part of me wants to cancel but my fear is waiting for a month for a refund.
