No delivery & poor customer service

Dont bother buying from Sleepmasters, I placed an order online, I was told it will be delivered on Thursday, took the day off from work, its Friday still no deliver & no communication. I keep calling I get the same response that i need to wait for them to get back to me. I've called countless times. I was told I eventually told that I must make a decision on whether i want a refund & wait for it for 14 working days.

I wish i read all the reviews before making the purchase :(
