No delivery, No contact numbers

Placed an order on the 1/5/20. Didnt expect delivery as it was lockdown. But in May government made online shopping open including beds. I received all mynonline orders from other furniture stores accept sleepmasters. No one could find my order. And when I eventually went through to a shop they gave me the online order lady's number. Yes 1 lady. She told me the beds have to be made and the factory is still closed. She will get back to me by the 1st of June. Lo and behold no call. And no-one picks up the number. I dont even want to dare ask for a refund.
