No customer support or interest in after sales service

I purchased a Sleepmasters Seattle Double bed online on the Hifi Corporation website. Within 10 days the coils made extreme noise and the "firm" mattress collapsed down to the base with NO support. Photos were sent and lost and sent again, and eventually after several follow-ups received a replacement. This also happened with the replacement bed. I have once again sent the photos more than once as they claim has not received them. I am now stuck between HiFi Corporation and Sleepmasters, and being sent from one to the other to sort out the "upsell" The bed has been discontinued...However, it is still listed on online shops. There is no upsell I can do, as the next available double bed is a Serta at 5 times the price! I got told to go to my nearest branch and just spent half a day there, just to be sent back without any resolution. I will be lodging a complaint with the National Consumer Commissioner, as this is not acceptable!
