No customer service - poor product

I had a terrible experience with this company. The bed I ordered was not as described—it was rated a 7 out of 10 as a plush bed but this bed is so firm you can bounce rocks off it. The product information was misleading. Upon delivery I immediately notified them that there is an issue and requested a return. The bed has been standing in my spare room for 3 weeks unused while I'm waiting for some form of response from them. To make matters worse, their customer service is unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no feedback or support to resolve the issue or arrange a return. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend this seller to anyone.
