I have waited for a representative and in the meantime I am stuck with a broken piece of furniture. They update and refreshed my complaint without talking to me. I suppose this means its time to quit and try other stores for the same product. Its frustrating beacuse its money I spent not so wisely.<br> A lesson well learnt on my part!
