No client satisfaction, bad bad bad experience!!!!

We bought a bed and within a month, the bed were full dents. They exchanged the bed. Needless to say we had the same problem. They did not want to do another exchange. They charged us R1000 to do an exchange as they refuse to do a refund. We paid another R1500 for an upgrade on a better bed. We are still waiting, 2 months further. Very bad service, stay away from the shop!!!!
