NO BED!!!

My husband and I went to Sleepmaster Helderberg Centre on the 9th of September 2015. My husband and I decided on a Restonic Marvelous Middle, paid for it and went home. We specifically asked for a bed that can take 130 kg per person and also requested for a marvelous middle Restonic as we had one for 8 years already, which was perfectly fine except for the base. Our NEW bed was delivered on the 12th of September and Broke on the 14th of September. Up until now, we have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor!!! The lady in store has been brilliant with her service delivery as she has been giving me updates regularly , HOWEVER there seems to be a problem at their warehouse as I received one message from them and absolutely NOTHING ELSE!!!! WE NEED A NEW BED!!!! We bought the bed with intentions that it would at least last 4-5 years, however we have nothing to show for our money and to top it all our house looks like a warehouse because the bed and base is in our passage way as we don't have space for it.I am having a birthday party on Saturday the 10th Oct, what do I do with this broken bed ??? WE NEED SOMETHING , ANYTHING TO SLEEP ON!!!!!
