I purchased two beds on the 2 May 2017, after I had seen one on the floor at the store. The bed that was on the floor was apparently the only one they had the the store but I was assured that the warehouse had the same beds and they will be delivered to me directly from the warehouse.

Upon delivery on the 6th May, which was late as it was initially scheduled for the 4th but no one pitched even after making calls to the warehouse to enquire; they delivered the wrong beds. The beds delivered were not the same beds I had seen and paid for. I had bought two restonic queen beds with gentle mattresses that had pillow tops but they delivered ones with firm mattresses.

I did not accept the beds and returned them. I was then told that the beds I paid for were phased out and the firm mattress are an "upgrade" of the previous mattress. After endless battles with the store I ultimately agreed to take the beds they had delivered.

The beds were then delivered on the 10th of May and the delivery guys were very hasty. As they were assembling the beds they broke my bedroom window and ruined the base of the bed. I am now being sent back and forth between the store, the warehouse and the delivery guy to get a replacement of the base and get my window fixed. So much of my time, airtime and petrol has been wasted by this ordeal.
