Nightmare

<p>I am very disappointed about the services i have received. I received a message on June"Your local branch of Sleepmasters in Hi-Fi Corp Fourways unfortunately had to close down. Your lay-by can be paid at any of our other branches and your account has been moved to our branch Olievenhoutbosch ********** . Kindly contact them for more information. Opt out SMS Stop" while i had lay buyed the bed on a month ago, i feel i needed to be told that this was gonna happened when i decided to lay buy the bed. Because such change is not decided over night. Therefore i asked for a refund. I then called the branch and spoke to AUBRY.. Nightmare it was. She was rude, extremely rude i even hung up on her. Then went through their contact their complaints departement and for once i felt like my hope was restored. My quirey was then handed over to GAVIN FOUCHE. Him and aubry would ask for the same docs as if they not working for the same company. I havent recieved any feedback from them, the only think they know how to do is send me incorrect internal emails which is unprofessional. Its September now im still in the dark. </p>
