Never buy beds from Sleepmaster

I bought a bamboo double bed at Sleepmaster at Boksburg last year December 2022, on February I realize that the bed was no longer comfortable and you can feel the springs from the bed as you sleep. I called the branch and the supervisor said he will call me back, I never received any phone call. I called them again on the 1st week of March and the guy who assisted me asked for pictures and videos of the bed, I sent it to him and I wasn't assisted for about 2 days. I called him back and he then decided to help me and gave me a reference number and said that the supplier will call me. Apparently the supplier has been trying to get ahold of me since however I gave the guy my new numbers he then decided to give the supplier my old number. To cut the story short Sleepmaster beds are not comfortable I do not advise anyone to buy from them and their service is very slow. I will take matters into my hands soon if the don't deliver the right bed
