Nazeem Bradlow Bellville branch does not have any customer service pr people skills

I have a complaint regarding a bed I bought six months ago and the manager only contacted me yesterday after I have been complaining for more then a week, the manager refuses to give me an update and he is so utterly rude, he speaks to me with an attitude and told me he is not dealing with my complaint, his name is @Nazeem Bradlow. Can someone please assist with a return bed I already submitted photos and explained what's wrong with the bed and no one is contacting me back. Not even the manager of Sleepmasters Bellville Branch nor thier manager @NazeemBradlow 🤬🤬🤬🤬
