Let me get straight to the point I ordered bed on the 23/09/2020 as advertised on Facebook page that it takes 15-working day max to be delivered,after a no show of the bed and the delivery time has lapsed I decided to cancel the order buy myself bed locally, they stalling me with refund or even cancellation letter.my bank was willing to reverse the transaction should I be in possession of that letter, every time I call their call center its always ***** stories that the matter has been escalated they will call in 48hours now its almost 20days no call no cancellation letter if you ask the headoffice s number they refuse to assist with it, if you ask where the wearhouse is there's no one who simse to know anything about anything I have exhausted my monies on airtime trying to resolve this now I'm the one suffering cause I have to sleep on the floor while waiting for this company to refund me
