MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I went to Sleepmasters to purchase a bed on 24/09. The salesman told me that they do have stock. I paid per debit card, but had to fill in forms like I was applying for an account! After filling in all 10 thousand forms, and copies made of my ID and drivers licence, etc, the salesman told me that I had to fetch the bed at the warehouse which is in Jetpark and they are closing soon, if I had known, I would not have gone through all this trouble. I arranged with my son the next day to collect. He went back to the store, had to fill in 10 thousand more forms and off he goes to the warehouse. After searching for 30 minutes for the order, they sent him back to the store. He had to fill in more paperwork, and then went back to the warehouse. After some more time, they told him, sorry they do not have stoc**** It took him half a day to try and collect ONE BED! Now, I am battling to get my money back. The bank won't reverse the transaction without a credit note, and the store refuse to give it to me. They rather insist I bring a 3 MONTH BANK STATEMENT and ID, etc so that they can APPLY for the money to be paid back to me within 30 days! This is ridiculous!
