Most disgusting service

Most disgusting service ever. I bought a double bed from them end of May 2023. It was only delivered in July after I went to the shop several times. Only to be told the manager that sold me the bed had de*****ed the company and I was one of the people affected by the *****. To top it up they delivered a wrong size bed which they refused to exchange when I went to inform them claiming I went back two weeks later to notify them. In fact the manger who took over from the ***** manager Brandly Math understood and promised to exchange I even paid the difference for this which by the way was never refunded. He assured they will deliver and exchange in the same month which was now in August . Then Andre who is now the current manager changed everything and refused point blank to listen to anything I had to say. He was dismissive from the beginning. The consultant even acknowledged that he does recall that I asked for a double bed and not a queen size bed. I'm sure if Andre was dealing with a white person he would have treated them differently. Now I'm sleeping in a bed that is overlapping to the wooden bed frame and headboard. And am reminded of how I have been ****** by them. They made a mistake and delivered a wrong size bed and Im paying the price. This makes me mad every time I go to sleep. To think that I was so patient and understanding with them when their 1st manager ran de*****ed them and now they are busy de*****ing us clients. What kind of a company does this. I'm so disgusted with it.
