Misleading Sleepmasters SA

My wife tried to purchase a bed online, we were very excited that we finally in the means to buy one and it was on a special as well..

we contacted sleepmasters SA, and was advised to put down a r1000 deposit to secure the order ( as we are not to keen to pay the full amount over as yet, without confirmation). two weeks passed no luck, eventually we got through and was advised that our order has been cancelled and the r1000 acted as a laybye..very misleading and bad business practice on sleepmasters SA end.

so we came to this point, that we would rather want a refund, but we are battling for more than two weeks to get our funds back

very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to sleepmasters SA, can you please call my wife urgently back and just give our money back?
