May i please have my money back

I am highly displeased with SLEEPMASTERS in Birch Acres mall , i bought a bed for my mom last month and she was complaining everyday that the bed was so uncomfortable it even caused her back pains then she reported the matter , then the head office told her they needed pictures to see what was wrong with the bed then she did send them pictures. after 5 days they brought another bed which was Worse ,that bad is so horrible ,uncomfortable, the springs went down and it makes very funny sounds when you climb on it. She then reported the matter again ,they still ask for pictures they refuse to come and inspect the bed because my mom does not a camera phone currently so she wont be assisted by the head office. At this point and time i don't want another bed i just want my money back i don't want their factory fault beds anymore , my mom has suffered back and neck pain enough. Hello Peter Please assist.
