Mattress problem

I bought a bed at sleepmasters jabulani mall.I logged a fault call as the Mattress it makes noise when you sleeping or when your on the bed.ive turned the mattress more than 5 times but the problem just spreads and to be declined with no valid evidence received😒😒😒.Ive never received such a poor service while im the one who uses a bed that has sound like a bed that was bought 10 years ago😒😒😒.
