Masterbeds ****s elderly people

My parents bought a bed in 2021. The first bed was exchanged coz the mattress b came unbareable to sleep on. Now with the second bed the base broke and the mattress springs came loose. I contacted the shop and the supplier and they told me in 72 hour someone would get back to me it's a week later and no one contacted me. I've spent taxi fare going from one shop to another only to tell me I will be contacted. My parents is pensioners and there bodies is getting sore. My parents paid over 5000 rand for the bed and saved up for a decent bed only for them not to even contact us to say what they going to do.
