Loosing out on good sleep

What pathetic Customer service!

I ordered a bed on the 16 January 2024, it is now the 6 February 2024 and my bed has still not been delivered. I received 2 SMS's with delivery dates and no delivery has taken place. When I called the Call center all they can say is that the bed is out for delivery. I am patiently waiting on Xavier, the store manager in Canal Walk to call me back. Your communication is non-existent
