Long wait for delivery

We purchased a mattress on the 29th of November 2019 at Sleepmasters - Thabong Mall Branch in Sebokeng for the value of R5949. Which we were informed that, that amount includes delivery. Which they deliver in a week maximum but till today, 21 December 2019 we have not yet received our mattress which is fully paid.

We did try all means of contacting Sleepmasters to follow up of our purchased item. We called countless times inquiring about our mattress but we were just given the run around even after calling Sleepmasters head offices, we were told that it would be delivered on the 18th of December 2019 with a complementary duvet to apologize for the ghastly inconvenience. We even took the initiative of driving back to Sleepmasters several times to inquire personally, but to our avail nothing still.
