All the consultant cant provide customer service , they failed dismally and they have been sending me from pillar to post. I laybuyed a bed from sleepmasters thavhani mall , gave them my address (Gauteng) and a gentle man from polokwane called me for delivery and when I tell him I am based in jhb he advised he cant deliver I must make other arrangements. I called all these numbers *** with no help and when I say they must refund me they don't want but yet they cant deliver my bed wherelse they were at fault. logged a complain and kept following up and I was told there is no feedback.every one I spoke to says they will call me back , thavhani sleep master is the worst store ever.
