Sleepmasters gugulethu branch has the worst service ever I purchased a bed on the 30th of May 2018... By November I contacted the branch to notify them that the bed be making sounds They advised that they will handle my query I waited until I went to the branch in December they than said that the head office in paarden Island is closed and will open in Jan 2019... On the 10th of Jan I contacted the branch again and the lady who assisted me informed me that they only opening on the 15th of Jan... I went several times in Jan to the branch regarding my query their answer was simply that they working according to a list and that someone will come 2 collect my bed... 2day is the 19th of June 2019 the bed's warranty is up and they are still coming to collect my bed... I advised DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A BED FROM SLEEPMASTERS YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET WASTING YOUR MONEY ON **** QUALITY
