***** - Never trust what the saleman say

I recently purchased 2 beds from Sleepmasters Baywest Port Elizabeth on 6 November 2021. As it was November I was aware of the fact that there could be possible Black Friday Specials and told the salesman I should rather wait and see , because maybe I would get a better price on Black Friday itself. Th salesman then told me that I should buy the beds and should the price be reduced on Black Friday , I should just call the store and any price difference I would be refunded . So on Black Friday I checked the site and the beds I purchased were part of the Black Friday deals , meaning I should be refunded some money per bed . When I called the store , firstly the manager insisted that the beds I purchased did not form part of the Black Friday deals - so after 2 calls I told her that I actually had screenshots of the website and could send it to her - she then found the deal I was talking about . She later phoned to say , the refund is not possible as it relates to online deals only . BUT not once did the salesman tell me that this was the condition in order for me to get a refund. The manger did not really even try to get the refund done properly.

Sleepmasters staff are actually ******* and cant be trusted - at least I know I will never purchase another item from them ever again.

I cant support a business that has no ethics and out right lies to their customers to make sales. It is really pathetic.
