Lazy staff who lie about delivery & waiting almost 4 weeks for a refund

Worst experience I've ever received from a retail store - bar none. Staff lie about delivery dates, dodge your phone calls, don't call back as promised, don't submit refund requests when requested and never ever pick up the phone (because they can see your number on the screen). Take your hard-earned money then send you on a wild goose chase when it comes to refunds. Been waiting since the 7th of September for over R7k and nothing. Just nothing. For a JD Group company, this is simply disgusting.
