Laybye refund

I bought a bed at mabopane square and I cancelled my laybye with them on the 12 September and the lady who was telling me that my refund will be in my account in 14days I mean it's over 14days just to find out my laybye refund was processed yesterday what **** service is this am so done with their service and I won't recommend anyone to go purchase there they service is pethetic am driving around with my own petrol using my ****en airtime to do follow up yeses
