Layby ripp off

I wish I had looked them up on here before ever doing business with them... Three months ago I decided to open a layby account with them and paid them R300. The second and third month I paid R1000 each bringing my total payment to R2300. But according to them I have only paid R1300.

It has been weeks now of countless emails and messages including sending proof of payment, but as of yet no feedback. The only time someone responded to my queries was to tell me that my proof of payment isn't clear. Ultimately I have decided to cancel the transaction and communicated it to them, and again, no response.

I would advise anyone who wants to buy from them to please think very careful
