Layby cancelation

I opened a layby account in Kathu then later i moved to Bloemfontein and i continued to pay here since im this side! Now i want to cancel my layby im being told that they can't assist me this side and i need to to go back to Kathu and do the canceling that side... What's worse is that my layby is expiring very soon
