Lay-bye refund of the dead person

My mom lay-bye the double bed then she has paid R3500 then shw died then I go to sleep masters khayelitsha Mall to ask for refund then they ask some documents and I did submit it then they said i should wait for the refund for 2 weeks then today its mark 5 weeks waiting for the refund and i have been calling them asking about it but they said head office take over,then today i receive a message that tells me the documents are short and the refund is declined cz of my bank account since its savings and it must be cheque account and i dont have cheque account,it also decliced because my mom surname is not the same with me,also declined cz its a old laybe so they cant refund although its 4 month and you can laybe for 12 months to them,also declined because of the ID although my mom lost the ID when she was in hospital and i have been using birth certificate and i failed to understand why they cant take the birth,and im so hurt about their service and it seems as if they dont wanna give it back the R350p they said i should buy something instore and i dont wanna buy i want the money because i have to pay something with that money,and i failed to understand why the lady when i ask to speak to the manager they dont wanna give the phone to the manager n i call them everything they always lying and the say i can make the drama i want to its fine,5 weeks now bee waiting for R3500 refund nothing and no luck and dont wanna give me the money.
