Lay-by not refunded

I made a lay-by at the SleepMaster Eastrand Retail Park. I cancelled the lay-by at the same store on the 5th of July and submitted all the required documents. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my money.

I called them after 14 days to find out why I haven’t received my money and they said it can take up to 20 days. It’s been more than 20 days and still no refund.

I regret not reading these reviews before making the purchase. I feel ****med.
