Lakeside mall poor and bad customer service

I bought a king bed in Benoni lakeside a seal brand this year but the bed as whole within a month of buying it , we went to shop they told us that batch has problem they should have told us when we buy then , but no one said anything to us only when we come and complain that when they have a guard to say it , we’ve been going up and down to the shop nothing is happening please assist we spent 11000 for nothing this is bad
