KEMPTON SQUARE SLEEPMASTER

I bought a bed from SLEEPMASTER April 2017, the bed was all comfy until a certain stage. Not even 6 months of enjoying the comfort of my bed the base cracked so i had to lodge a complain and the matter was attended to .

The problem comes when my mattress starting making funny noises this is 2/3 months ago since i lodged the complain. Today i went to pay the store a visit to ask them what is transpiring with the complain i lodged a few months ago. The sales person then told me that the supplier tried making contact with me during the December period so unfortunately when i am on duty i am not permitted to carry my phone with.

Today is the 30th of January and i am still sleeping on this uncomfortable mattress which has now caused me back problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SLEEPMASTER TO ANYONE !!!! I SHALL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN !
