It's been 11 days waiting for my bed to be delivered.

I paid up my online lay-by for a bed 11 days ago and sent proof of payment a day after and sent it again 3 days after, they said they are still trying to locate my payment.

I've been calling and following-up on my complaint until date, mind you there's still a delivery waiting period as well. It's so unfair because I made an immediate payment because I excpect my bed to arrive at least by the end of that week, I'm on another week and still didn't receive help instead everyone is just escalating to no response.
