Item not received ! Been over a month since fully paid

Sleepmasters Alex mall , it’s devastating how this store treats clients after they have paid for their products and nothing is being done by any officials? We need to start writing to tv shows that stand for this ill treatment, you buy products when they supposed to deliver they drag their feet ! I paid cash for a storage bed 04 April And Since then I’ve been waiting for the delivery, mid month they wanted to deliver a mattress only and I said no I want what I paid for ? I gave them more time they still delivered the mattress alone just yesterday 07/05/25 , I’m since waiting for communication on when and where is my storage base ? I’ve left over 21 missed calls no help , my name is Malindi , CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK OR WHAT I PAID FOR ??? Any form of communication! Save yourself some headache! Never buy from this store ! I hope external people find out about this company and expose them ! They lure on adults leaving them hopeless , delivering whenever it suits them best . Why sell things you don’t have ?
