Inferior bed sets with even worse after sales service

Firstly the incorrect mattress was delivered, then after 5 months it sunk in worse than one can imagine, then they send an incorrect replacement that cant be kept and now when you phone a month after the initial complaint you get passed from head office to branch to warehouse without actually ever receiving your replacement. Please do not put yourself through this!
