I would advise people to never ever support the Silverton branch. ***********, arrogant staff who don't know what they doing.

I have been dealing with Leah with regards to buying a bed. Leah seriously does not know customer etiquette. I live in Centurion and asked Leah if I could go to the Centurion store as it's closer to me. Leah insisted I need to go into the Silverton branch as she needs to complete my application. I had to arrange transport to get there and back which was a massive inconvenience to me.

Leah had me sign countless documents, not once bothering to explain what she's doing. Then she tell me to wait another 30minutes, after already being in store for approximately 2 hours. I could not wait any longer and Leah promised to call me before COB to confirm delivery for Saturday. No calls or feedback.

Saturday morning I called Leah again who was extremely arrogant. After getting no joy, I called the head office who confirmed that I could have went to any branch. In other words, I was made to travel to Silverton just so Leah could get a sale. I was given the Gezina branch contact details. The lady who took my call was very apologetic and although it has nothing to do with her, offered to contact Silverton branch and give me feedback.

Leah then calls me being arrogant yet again and actually shouting at me that she is sorting it out. She assured me the bed will be delivered by COB today. She gave me the driver's number and I was asked to liaise with the driver directly.

I called the driver who was angry as he went all the way to the warehouse only to find Leah has not sent through any documents to the warehouse to release the bed.

This is really frustrating. I have been dealing with Leah who clearly is ***********. She does not follow up and gives me the run around every time I talk to her.

If you are even considering purchasing beds through Sleepmasters, please do not go to Silverton as not one person knows their job.
