Incompetence at its highest level

We bought a base set and they delivered the wrong stuff. Idiot driver left the bed and asked an old lady to go to the shop and choose a correct bed and the manager will arrange a delivery for the correct bed. 5 days later the manager is still arranging with a driver to collect the incorrect bed. Please if you take your business seriously you will review how you appoint your managers because you have an *********** Manager by the name Lerato in Mabopane Sleepmaster. Over promising and no delivery is serious sickness and cannot be tolerated.
