I was not even contacted by the manager or someone higher regarding this complaint, no wonder their service sucks at store level.

There was a lady and gentleman by the door, I asked them if they are available, the gentlemen looked at me and told me they have but are too expensive. I just looked and asked him if it is how they conduct business with customers by telling them how expensive their goods are. I did not ask how much is it, I just asked if they have it. I have previously bought a queen high mattress bed there cash for that matter and even added pillows and a mattress protector, and when I went to buy it I didn't even look at the price but the quality, I actually went there to but a Restonic bed, but a salesman showed me the one I bought which was more expensive than the one I initially wanted to buy, I buy everything cash from clothes to furnisher. I intended to buy a single high bed as I will be moving into a three bedroomed house and need a single bed for my younger daughter as her bedroom is a bit small to fit everything including a study desk. I have never felt so degraded in my life, maybe it was the way I was dressed, a simple dress, sleepers and a doek, maybe they thought I am too poor to afford it. Well since last year March I have been working from home and there is no need for me to look "rich" and just wear relaxed clothing. I think your staff should be trained not to undermine people, their job is to sell and promote items sold at the store and not "sell" how expensive Sleepmasters is thinking people they don't know from a bar of soap can't afford, come month end they don't reach their target, they will complain there are no sales while the truth is they are chasing customers away, maybe they are telling customers when they can buy cheaper. By the way the bed that I bought was from your company, the same branch that treated me like trash and humiliated today. I was so annoyed and didn't enter the store, I turned back by the door and walked away. I wanted to buy there again because I am a happy customer with the bed I bought prior. I really intended to buy this bed but again I will never set my foot in any of your stores again.
