I WANT MY REFUND SLEEPMASTERS LAMBTON!!!!

Service Very Bad at Sleepmasters Lambton Germiston, On the 25th of February 2023 I paid for the base mattress in full without even layby. I was told they will call me to come and collect my item. Because is a special order. Thursday 10 March I call to ask about the base which I paid in cash last month. I was told by the sales lady Nyeleti that she will call the supplier. I got angry and ask for my refund. Had to call the Customer Care to explain my frustration and I want my refund. The Consultant I spoke to gave me the Ref: and go to the shop for my refund. I didn't get my refund the lady was so unprofessional. Decide to leave the refund and wait for the base. Till this day I did not get a call to come for my base which I paid in full.

So disappointed with their service at Lambton Sleepmasters
