I want exchange or refund

I bought a restonic bali 152cm base set for R6499.00 on 20/01/2021 within 2 months the base where making funy noise so I did report it but they took long to attend my complaint. They came on the 01.04.2021 to change only mattress but not base......but now the mattress that they put is not comfortable bcos is not flat balance .....service is very very poor at especially Customer like who stays at informal settlement like us they do undermine them too much bcos that time when I raised my first complaint the guy's that came to exchange my mattress they were quite insulting towards my daughter about the area we are staying on it. They said they don't go to informal settlements........
